Legal document
User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your account, trading platform access, deposits, withdrawals, market data, orders, margin use, and communications with Nexora Markets.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By opening, accessing, or using a Nexora Markets account, you agree to this User Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, risk warnings, order instructions, fee schedules, and any account notices we provide.
You must be legally capable of entering contracts, must use the account for your own benefit unless we approve otherwise, and must not be located in a country or region where our services are restricted by law, sanctions, internal risk policy, or payment-provider rules.
2. Account opening and verification
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout the account relationship. We may request identification documents, proof of address, selfie or liveness checks, source-of-funds information, tax information, bank details, payment evidence, and any other records reasonably needed for account approval or ongoing review.
We may decline, suspend, restrict, or close an account if information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, inconsistent, unverifiable, or indicates that the account may breach law, compliance standards, or our risk policy.
3. Trading products and risk
Nexora may offer access to foreign exchange, metals, commodities, indices, or other leveraged products. These products can move quickly and may result in losses. Leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses. You are responsible for understanding each instrument, spread, margin requirement, contract size, swap, fee, and trading condition before placing an order.
Market information, tools, calculators, charts, heatmaps, news, and platform data are provided for informational purposes and are not investment, financial, tax, legal, or trading advice.
4. Orders, execution, and pricing
An order is a request to transact and is not guaranteed until accepted and executed by the platform or relevant execution process. Prices may change before execution, and execution may be affected by volatility, liquidity, latency, market gaps, system maintenance, third-party data outages, or abnormal market conditions.
We may reject, cancel, adjust, or reverse orders where there is a manifest price error, system issue, abusive trading behavior, prohibited strategy, insufficient margin, suspected fraud, or legal/compliance concern. Account history and confirmations are available through the platform and should be reviewed promptly.
5. Margin, leverage, and stop-out
You must maintain sufficient margin at all times. We may change leverage, margin requirements, instrument availability, trading hours, position limits, or stop-out settings with or without prior notice where market conditions, risk controls, liquidity, or compliance obligations require it.
If equity falls below required thresholds, positions may be restricted, reduced, or closed automatically. Stop-loss orders and risk controls reduce risk but do not guarantee a final execution price during fast or illiquid markets.
6. Deposits, withdrawals, and balances
Deposits must come from accounts, cards, wallets, or payment methods held in your own name unless we approve otherwise. Withdrawals are normally returned to the source method or to a verified account in your name. We may request additional checks before processing a deposit, withdrawal, refund, transfer, or balance adjustment.
We may delay, reject, reverse, or place a hold on transactions where funds appear suspicious, third-party funded, chargeback-prone, inconsistent with your profile, connected to fraud, or subject to bank, payment-provider, sanction, legal, or AML review.
7. Fees, spreads, swaps, and corrections
Trading costs may include spreads, commissions, overnight swaps, conversion costs, financing charges, inactive-account fees, payment fees, or other charges shown on the platform or communicated to you. We may correct balance, price, fee, or platform errors where reasonably necessary to reflect accurate records.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details, email account, devices, and two-factor authentication secure.
- Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or permit unauthorized trading.
- Do not abuse bonuses, pricing, latency, rejected fills, data feeds, chargebacks, or platform defects.
- Promptly report unauthorized access, inaccurate records, suspicious activity, or platform issues.
- Comply with all tax, reporting, trading, financial, and legal obligations applicable to you.
9. Suspension, termination, and restrictions
We may restrict deposits, withdrawals, login access, trading, leverage, instruments, open positions, or account features if required for security, compliance, risk management, legal obligations, payment disputes, suspicious activity, platform abuse, or breach of this agreement. You may request account closure, subject to settlement of open positions, fees, investigations, and legal retention requirements.
10. Communications and complaints
We may contact you by email, platform notice, dashboard alert, phone, live chat, or other contact details you provide. You should keep your contact details current. Complaints should be sent to support@nexoramarkets.co with your account email, date, instrument or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.
